Good Witch Systems Engineering is a boutique training consultancy with a mission to promote the understanding and use of Systems Engineering to solve real world challenges.
We aim to do this by providing high quality, tailored, engaging Systems Engineering training to those new to the discipline, and offering targeted assistance to organisations in need of focused Systems Engineering expertise.
Imagination
Professional, high-quality training does not need to be boring. Engineering is a creative career path - why should learning the necessary skills not also be in kind?
Our Values
Inclusion
People learn best when they are able to be themselves and feel included. Everyone is welcome and can feel comfortable to learn in a way that works for them.
Mindful Business Approach
Toxic productivity is not conducive to a creative or healthy work environment. Employee wellbeing comes before profit and outdated ideas of success.
Planet Conscious
Engineering has always been about making the world a better place. In every decision we make, we factor in what is the better choice for the planet.
Good Practice, Practically Tailored
Our work is grounded in good practice and tailored to the needs of the client, always looking to add value – not paperwork.
Clear Communication
Everyone working in complex projects needs Systems Engineering. Concepts are explained clearly without buzzwords or exclusionary language that only engineers can understand.
